How long will it take to get a copy of my record?
The average turnaround time for a request is three (3) days. It depends on the format of the record and its overall availability. Boone Hospital Center maintains records in hard copy, digital format on CD and electronic archive and on microfilm. You may come to the office to pick up the record, but we encourage you to call 573.815.3247 to assure its availability.

Please take a moment to review our HIPAA confidentiality policy.
May I look at my family's medical record?
