Roasted bell pepper (I used about 1 pepper or less)
2 minced garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon olive oil (or liquid from the bell pepper jar)
Instructions: Blend it all together in a food processor!
· It is okay to go to the store without a set plan and see what looks fresh and affordable.
· Appeal to the taste buds by getting a variety of colors and textures.
· If you need to prep ahead most veggies store well when wrapped in damp paper towels in plastic bags.
