Boone Hospital Center and St. Louis Children's Hospital are teaming up to bring you a unique weight management program. This program helps children ages 8-12 and their parents/caregivers learn to make healthier lifestyle choices.

Head to Toe is led by dietitians, exercise specialists and social workers. They combine hands-on fitness, nutrition activities and supportive group discussions in a fun and interactive setting.
