Are you highly flexible and desire to earn top pay for your skills as an experienced nurse? If so, the Float RN position at Boone Hospital is for you! As a float nurse, you will have the benefit of a full-time position without the requirement of working holidays or Sundays. You have the option to choose a package with or without benefits, while working only three, 12-hour shifts per week. The shifts are pre-scheduled and are guaranteed hours. Weekend Option Workforce (WOW)
Are you the type of professional who prefers working weekends? Then the Weekend Option Workforce (WOW) program is right for you! Receive premium pay by committing to work 24 hours every weekend. The program is available on a variety of units, from the emergency department to women’s and children’s health and positions are benefit-eligible. Although primarily a weekend program, you still have the option of working weekday shifts, when available.
