Boone Appétit is a cafe tucked inside the main lobby of Boone Hospital Center in the South Tower. Open daily from 6:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. 

We serve Starbucks beverages and Upper Crust pastries. Each day, experience fresh, unique options such as whole grain deli sandwiches and artisan pizza. Stop by to pick up a composed salad or try a hot cereal featuring faro and quinoa.
